Extra gigs

Yar yar, we reached our cap today - so we bought an extra 2 gigs. They gave us a new password and username.

Then I tried to open STEAM, and nada it didn't work. Then I went to that website where you can configure your settings - to disable my firewall because that's what I did last time that let Steam work. (Yes I know I'm going to die without the firewall)

When I clicked on Firewall they asked me for my username and password, so I slotted it in - and they didn't accept it. They rejected me. The old username and password does not work either? Is there any way I can get past that pop-up window asking for meh details? Thanks.

Sounds like you are trying to access the router? What router is it? Your description isn't all that clear.

I think that the website you're referring to is on your router - it needs the username and password assigned to it (and not the one for your ISP).

For example the Dlink default is admin/admin (which you should have changed the password on day one to something more unique).
