Can we please make the rare cars thread and weird/funny/interesting number plates thread into stickies?

It’s so hard to find them with all the spam in this sub-forum.

Is that the same as “participated” threads? If so, I shitpost a lot so depending when last someone posted in those threads it will still be way at the bottom.
