Hi all
I have for the last 2weeks experienced a extreme slow down in download/browsing/gaming speeds.Even with -89dbi 99% signal I continue to get timeouts/connection errors and downloads of 5kbps. Its basically become unusable,I have spent about 35 min on the phone to 8ta's awful customer service,no help there sent plenty of mails and complaints to social@8ta, no help there either.
Any ideas on what I could do next? I certainly dont feels its fair to have to pay a cancellation fee for poor/no service delivery
