Extreme delay to EU servers?

Iam a little confused now with this problem at lvl3, iburst has put on a static IP which has solved the lag and lag spiking issues (300 -500ms) in wow but heres what confuses me, Iam now being routed thourgh MTN but at the end i still get routed thourgh to lvl 3 in europe so surley if the problem was at lvl 3 in Europe would that not mean i would still have the same problem regardless of who my upstream provider is?

I personaly dont think its a problem at level 3 but more a problem at Iburst/vodacom/saix, if it was a problem at level3 iburst/MTN would not make a difference

I get 350-500ms using Screamer's WiMax package without GameMax and 250-350 using GameMax.

Screamer connects via Neotel to SAIX atm as I understand (changing to Seacomm soon)

Its between Vodacom/Saix and London Level3. There is a cable fault between them Fur, that why.

MTNBusiness can go through a portion of Level3 IP Network to your server in Germany as its huge, but that portion is not effected.

Last night was the first time in a while my latency was back to normal ...just under 300ms stable the whole time - no d/c's, all good.

Unshapped Webafrica (SAIX) on Lightbringer EU. Friend of mine also in CT, experienced exactly the same thing. Finally!
