Yes, I've asked Samsung to look at this and awaiting their reply - but thought I'd ask here incase.
As some of you may know, I had my Samsung H7000 panel replaced on Friday due to a dead pixel. I've since found the the power button on the remote won't work ...
The IR display is receiving something (flashes) when I press the button - but nothing happens. However, when the *TV already on, all the buttons barring the power won't work! TV works flawlessly.
I have a Logitec Harmony as well, so I can send power toggle or discrete power on/off. The discrete keys work, but not the toggle (which the OEM remote uses).
Any ideas ?
