extremely slow connection

is anybody else getin really slow speeds on their adsl...

im with simplenet, and since the 20th speeds been crawlings, geting a max of 2.5kb/s on torrents, as opposed to the 30kb/s i was averaging before...

simplenet runs on saix or is lines, dependant...
