EXTREMELY slow pop/smtp email with Hetzner

Is there anyone else that is experiencing extremly slow sending/receiving email with Hetzner? I have tried with both our VC HSDPA AND Telkom Wimax connections with the same results. At first I thought it was just that our VC connection has been slow lately, but it seems to be a problem with Hetzner.

I notice there has been a lot of work done on there email servers lately, wonder if there is still problems. http://supportcentre.hetzner.co.za/index.php

I am gonna give them a call now, but was just wondering if there is anyone else here that has noticed it.

No problems here to Hetzner's mail servers in both Jo'burg and Cape Town, connecting through Telkom ADSL and VC 3G. How is the webmail logon speed?
