Extremely slow speeds

Are you guys also experiencing slow ADSL international speeds???.....im kreeping at +-10kb/sec

Can't connect to google now.... something's definitely up.

800ms jump to the NY hop (tracert to google.com)

mine's also very erratic. Pings to saix are up and down, and int is screwed up.
