My brother showed me on his iPhone how the app freezes the first time it opens ; and then when you force close and reopen... All good again!

Anyone using it?

He's got iOS 13.23

I had the same problem, but that was 2 or 3 app updates ago. My phone has remained on the same version of iOS, so the problem was definitely fixed by an app update.

Currently on iOS 12.4.3 (final on iPhone 6)
Ezviz V4.0.3

Most recent update to the Ezviz app was yesterday.

I've left their house and don't have an iPhone.

But both on my Android (I'm running the latest) and their iPhone, neither generate a sound code either.

I've taken the camera with me to test

Sounds like the usual 5ghz instead of 2.4ghz type issues.

Unless it’s very old firmware incompatible with newer app version.

I have V3.12.0.340381 on iOS 13.2.3 and no issues whatsoever.

However, I have never managed to get Talk back on the cams (Husky air, running through an NVR) going -- the option simply isn't there. Audio from the cam to my phone works, but no way to talk back.

Mine does this exact same thing, every single time. drives me nuts.

Had/have the same issue. Looks like an update was released recently that's made it slightly better but not 100% yet.
