F.E.A.R. Demo

With the recent gimpiness of adsl I decided to give F.E.A.R. a bash and I have to say I'm not sure I'll be able to play this one. Yes it has nice graphics and a what seems to be a good story line, but I nearly wet myself. I've never seen a game that made me feel quite as much like a catholic schoolgirl caught smoking in the bathrooms.

I played the demo as well. Can't wait for this one, tho it will have to take the back burner. Bf2 addiction takes precedence!

This one, I'm gonna play.. I LOVE being scared by a game.. turn off the lights, crank the surround sound...

I got the fright of my life when you climb down the ladder and that little girl is suddenly in front of you.. then she disappears and that guy is suddenly next to you.. actually shouted out "****!!".. I love that!

By all accounts FEAR is way scarier than Doom 3...and I remember several occasions in Doom where everything goes dark and u cant help but start panically firing in all directions...

Nope this is not a game I will buy. Don't like the linear game play. Thou shalt go down THIS passage to kill the clones; felt like I was following a script.
Good thing its a demo, I can delete it without feeling ripped off.
