Naaa he would have gone around that corner almost exactly the same way every lap. He just got very unlucky. It never looked like an error, it looks like a bizarre freak accident. Shame really sad.

I also thought that. It looked to me more like something went wrong on the car.
 
What a race. Still think McLaren is going to dominate if Red-Bull cant get their quali positions up. Starting from that low on the grid will almost always put you out of contention for the win. Great race by Vettel though Lady Luck played her part (Safty Car and Schumi's gearbox). Button, what can I say, wow. He looks like Vettel. Hamilton showing he has no class, can't beat his team mate and looks like he's was ready to cry and go into a fit on the podium and post race interview. Got 3rd yet he hardly acknowledge the team that got him there!
As for Mercedes, looks like they only have pace in quali. Going to help McLaren this year. Lotus can go both ways, they had a podium last year this time and look what happened.
Ferrari looking better than yesterday. Alonso sure can drive a car

I don't think the safety car helped vettel, he would have got out in front of the ham if there was no safety car. I think anyways, not really sure but he seemed much much faster than hamilton once he was released.

Difficult to say. The commentators were on about Hamilton having to slow down because of that stupid safety car delta time. I also get the impression that if the drivers push the tires early in a stint, they get to the cliff quicker than if they maintain a good pace throughout the stint.

Either way, this might be a cracker of a season. Almost forgot: What was Massa doing? Seemed like he was doing tire testing. Made Hamilton's tire management look brilliant!
 
Felipe Massa is now everyone s punching bag. Maldonado must take his place next season.

Ag please let it happen next week already ... ever since he took that knock against the head he's been slow as hell

It doesn't even have to be Maldonado, **** they can even give Barrichello another chance for all I care!!!

Food for thought ... Kobayashi in a Ferrari would be spectacular and would triple Ferrari sales in Japan overnight :)
