Looking at that start again in slowmo - it was clean... flipping lucky / good reactions. That would go down as the best start i've ever seen, despite his cowboy driving style.

He just admitted to jumping the start due to an 'issue with the clutch'

OOH! Vettel and Schumi being investigated with that pit entry by Schumi...

LOL! Well the telemetry would give that away, but certainly no issue with when his car started rolling as far as I can see.

Dont see anything happening to be honest, RB had their pit crew out leading Merc to believe he was coming in as well.

Was hoping Vettel would be penalised lol! Now for Webber to take Vettel out when he (V) catches him (W)

Never mind, Webber into the pits :(

Looks like Michael will be leaving F1 this year.

I dunno hey, the driver is there but the car and team isn't. How on earth did they figured they could go 25 laps LOL. Such an epic fail. What amazes me is how well vettel's tyres held up. He wasn't chilling out front, he was over taking like crazy but still made them last in that first stint.

Great race though, action packed from start to finish. Wow and drive of the day to vettel. Right up with there for drive of the season but i don't think anyone will beats alonso's drive :D. Jenson is back in the title hunt now.

Button you beauty!

So, in review... Not, in fact, a quali strategy that wouldn't work on race day... Not, in fact, overtaken into La Source on lap one... Start to finish, first time win at Spa... Yep, I believe its time for a really cold Heineken. :D

Apparently the BBC broadcasted a clip of Bernie saying that it's sad Michael will be leaving. Havent seen it myself but apparently it happened.

How do you stop bouncing cars? Lower profile tyres! :D
Was a good race, was sad that nobody troubled Jenson, he cruised most of the race, top speed of 308.
Kimi crying for more power, why couldn't he change it manually?
Amateur team tactics by merc.
Sad for team Sauber.
Blame grosjean for the early accident.

Very Good race by Vettel! Overtaking everyone in the same corner XD
Those calling for a penalty.... Really? In Monaco Perez or Kobi got penalized for going left then cutting right into the pits causing Raikkonen to loose a place. Honestly Schumi had nothing to gain by keeping Vettel behind him at the cost of taking both out of the race. In any case its a non-incident.

Romain Grosjean has been give a one-race ban for causing the collision at the start of today's Belgian Grand Prix #F1

 That's pretty harsh IMO. Considering Maldonado has got away with worse. It was a noob error by Grosjean, but I still think it was an error - misjudgement. Lots of tension at the start.

I think they were under pressure from too many teams to do that... Ferrari, McLaren, Sauber.

Ideally the championship shouldn't be decided by also-rans; it's a rookie mistake he hopefully won't make again. Also, Maldonado hit with two grid penalties for Monza... The worst driver ever to win a GP indeed.

I can't see how they penalised him for jumping the start - I couldn't see it - anyone else have better footage?

OK, this shows he clearly went before anyone else did, but it doesn't show the lights unfortunately

Yep - Maldonado definitely started before the lights go out - at around 6 seconds in (Third row). Very marginal but it he jumped it:
