De Vries is a talented driver.

When do you think he will start using some of that talent?

So never, then? He won’t get another drive after this season’s performance.
That is the problem with being a RB academy driver.
It can be a great boost to a chosen few but to most it is the kiss's of death for your career.

Williams set to name former Renault chief as Technical Director: https://racingnews365.com/williams-unpacks-and-hunts-rival-f1-technical-chief

"... Multiple sources confirmed to Formula.Hu that Chester, who left the Enstone-based squad in 2020 would be taking up the role of Technical Director, with an announcement possible in the coming days.

Chester has recently spent time working with the Mercedes and McLaren Formula E squads while also penning what is believed to have been a short-term deal with Andretti as they hope to secure a spot on the 2026 F1 grid.

Formula.Hu also report that Pat Fry is set to become Chief Technical Officer at Williams, moving from Alpine where he currently holds the same role.

Fry, like Chester, is an F1 veteran having had spells with Benetton, McLaren, Ferrari and Manor, working with the likes of Michael Schumacher, Fernando Alonso and Lewis Hamilton. ..."

And we'll deserved IMHO. That poephol needed to be brought down a few notches, he is in fact due for a another one.
I don't know about that. He's driving well, hasn't been involved in any shenanigans and hasn't said anything recently that was irksome. I think he's matured.

WOW, that is childish, are we back in school again where someone gets into trouble for being 2 or 3 minutes late?
Work out what he earns per minute on the back of F1. He can be on time.
