Some serious planning needed on my part for FP1.

Kids need to sleep over at granny on Thursday night, so I'll wake at 5 on Friday morning, drive to granny, load the kids and bring them back home for breakfast and to get dressed for school. SO will take the kids to school while I watch FP1 and then get to the office later than usual.

FP2 I'll close my office door with a DND sign.

Saturday I'm also working and with skeleton office staff, so I'll get to the office early and watch FP3 before we open and then Quali might be interrupted depending on how many walk ins we have.

At least the race on Sunday is in the sweet spot time wise.

Lewis last won a race on 5th December 2011. 708 days ago. I hope he gets a better car next year.
 
Anyone else getting excited for this race? I think it's going to be an absolute shitshow, which could be fantastic.

I am looking forward to the racing but not what will likely be a typical American over the top build up. As for Brundle's grid walk, that could be cringe of note so I'll give that a miss.

Yis, try 5am. My body is in such a stupid routine from getting up at that time for work that even on weekends I am up then.
