I don't have F1TV so only get the Sky F1 coverage.
That said they do occasionally have Sam give an opinion but I mainly get to see him on YouTube video's giving technical insight.

Maybe they don't currently enforce the rule (a bit like Netflix didn't).

F1 TV works best when viewing across multiple devices. This way you can view Live Timing and the live stream side by side. Therefore, you can have up to 6 devices registered at any time.

You will be able to live stream the main race on one device only.

Multiple streams of the race are currently restricted

The irony is that Newey was at Williams and wanted more input into the team, but Frank and Patrick screwed him over one too many times when it came to driver selection, and he left.
