Yes, it's only testing, but are you guys scared to share your real thoughts, or make predictions just based on testing?
Mine is:
1. McLaren (fast and confident)
2. Ferrari (re-invigorated)
3. Mercedes (fresh-faced talent)
4. Red Bull (Max factor)
5. Williams (re-invented)
6. Alpine (Gaslyyyy!)
7. Aston Martin (Lance factor)
8. Racing Bulls (Flying Hadjar factor)
9. Haas (Limited resources)

Not sure I agree with your Ferrari / Hamilton form, I think McLaren are going to be clearly in the lead and Merc are also looking fast, but your results make me happier than mine so let's go with yours.

Ferrari has a very positive attitude about it right now. That translates to a happy team, which often means fast, relaxed drivers. And nobody is happier than Lewis right now.
I think he will have a great season ahead.
Of course, this is assuming no mid-season slumps at Ferrari.
Or random Strategy Calls to override the Pit Walls decisions.

I'm thinking Norris/Piastri scraps may also be a factor in allowing Hamilton to sneak through for the win
Lewis has had some great moments where he's overridden the strategy team and it's worked. But it is risky and I'm not sure Ferrari are down for that much fun. This is serious business after all. That said, Sainz also made some bold strategy calls and they went with it, so it could still happen.

Very much so, McLaren will need to work as a team to hold off Ferrari, Mercedes and probably RB, so it must work as a team for every point and not keep switching drivers around.
I wonder if that's still privately owned. If it is it must be the most valuable thing in the country.
I don't mind the drivers overriding the pit wall, they are the ones with the first hand knowledge of track conditions. I was referring to Phone Calls from Marrenelo telling them to do things for PR or Political reasons.
Oh sorry, missed your point completely. Yea I don't think that sort of thing would go down very well. Let's hope we can just go racing this year. It is the last year with these regs until Merc smashes everyone with their engine next year.
I remember Ted's notebook a couple of years ago talking about it and doing a walk around. If I call correctly it is still the original family and is used as a cafe during race weekends and in very popular.

Consistency will be key to this championship. Pit stops will be key to the races. We will still hear swearing on the radio feed.
Of course I want Ferrari to take both titles, but I also need to be realistic, but if it does happen great stuff. Ferrari is the dark horse for this championship.
