not sure if Kimi is Trolling there or if its a language barrier and he understood the question as "who do you think your rookie season would be compared to"
becasue there has been so much talk recently about the year alonso was a rookie along wiht kimi Raikonen adn Montoya.

but after watching it a few times I think he was just trolling

There's been a ton of memes and such about Fernando Alonso being a rookie, I think it's related to that.

first points?
when one is in a Merc, and the rest are in Haas, Vcarb, Alpine and the JCB tractor? that is not really fair.

Kimi will be first to podium and score points for sure.
he might even be the first to win a race.

Just noticed that next weekend is China (early mornings again) and it is a long weekend with Friday being a public holiday. WINNING!

I am driving to KNysna this weekend, and driving back on sat next week.

works out well we lave midnight sunday so the first race is over.
can watch Quali on sat before we leave, and catch the China race when we wake up after the drive

Does Martin Brundle count?

He does predict a Max title win but with some caveats...

So, I feel that Max starts as the favourite assuming Red Bull can sort the car, but he's got so much hard work to do. If you look at the final 14 races of last year, Max wasn't going to win any championship on those results alone, so we'll see if post Newey the team has what it takes to improve. If they can't then my prediction will be wrong.

But in any event, if McLaren, Mercedes, or Ferrari have a dominant car, and if somebody does manage to regularly win races, then Max has got a problem.
...which I feel is fair enough :)
