Seems no F1 for me this weekend.

Signal is just not strong enough for any reliable F1 TV watching.

Your situation is really a solid case for the F1TV App to start allowing downloading of sessions for later, offline watching. That and picture in picture.

You could then climb a hill, download, return to your accommodation.

That’s a good point I didn’t even think about.

Especially with these early morning session it would be great to say download it, which it could also do in slow time with low bandwidth and then just catch it when I wake up.

Should be able to watch the live tracking without an issue at least.
 
Ha ha. Took a walk and made friends with the Farm Manager and got WiFi.

Only problem is I need to stand on the corner of the stoep and there is rain pending. 🤣

Yeah this is very much still a thing only an hour out of Cape Town.

I am an hour and forty minutes out of Cape Town and have no DStv or Fibre internet issues.
