Of course it's inaccurate. That was a summary of what our resident clown said...
OMG
Do you understand that they only allowed one tire per session in Sprint qualifying? Do you understand that they might try to save that tire for later use(they still have a sprint race, main qualifying and main race left)? Even during the sprint qualifying they might save it for the first run as they might make a mistake and need another run.
Sprint Q3 they need a soft, but it does not need to be a new soft. So teams that does not care to much for the Sprint, might use old softs that was used in practice.

Top 4 teams didn't have to change anything on their wings, Haas confirm they also did not

SQ3 must be on new softs

SQ3 must be on new softs
Since when?
"A new set of medium tyres are mandatory in SQ1 and SQ2, while a set of soft tyres is mandatory in SQ3, but they don't have to be new"

Will have to find the actual regulation as media reports are contradictory

Finally, sprint race weekends see the number of dry sets for the weekend reduced to 12. During the qualifying sessions for the sprint, drivers are required to use new mediums for SQ1 and SQ2 and a new set of softs in SQ3.

Well from what I know is that changed a year or two ago. There was rumors that teams want to use intermediates in SQ3 as to save their new sets of softs for race or main qualifying.
Rules was then changed that they have to use a soft tire in SQ3, but it did not have to be new.
Whether it changed again I don't know, did not see anything mentioned about it.

Fact stays, whether its new softs or new mediums, teams will try to save them as they will use them again in the sprint race, or qualifying or main race.

Nearly time for my goat Lewis Hamilton to win his 8th title at Ferrari.

As much as I'd love for that to happen just so that the guys who hate him for some unknown reason can be silenced, it's hard to see him maintaining the consistency required to win a WDC at 40 years old.

Though he most definitely is better than most of the grid and will probably get several more race wins under his belt before he retires.

Haas and Alpine have had to make changes. Both confirmed on SkyF1.

We all know what you’d have said if LEC and HAM’s positions were reversed. Support your damn team instead of all your negativity towards it.

I will point out the honourable my broederbond member for the Vaal Dam is not a Ferrari fan, that was all lies to cover for his Hamilton hatred and Verstappen sycophancy.

I must have misheard Ayao, it was early...........

Was more the comment about who didn't in the top 4, in reaction to another comment about who lost pace and why

At this point I'm not sure what he watches F1 for, he doesn't seem to get any enjoyment from it.

40 years old isn’t the barrier I reckon. A championship winning car and strategy team are.
I reckon this year is going to be all about the most consistent team plus car including driver. It’s too close for just or or the other to make the difference.

It is. Hamilton can still perform class drives and he'd be able to win races but due to his age, is bound to make more mistakes than someone younger than him who is a world class driver. He will still outperform the above average drivers and midfield drivers but it's hard to see him having the consistency over a season to beat Verstappen and Norris (I'd be happy if I'm wrong).

We also saw that when Schumi came back, Rosberg by and large outcompeted him.

Right now, I just see the best possible scenario for Hamilton as being 3rd or 4th in the WDC.

Those okes who raced Fangio must have been terrible then.
