Ferrari dont need any more New Team Principals that are subsequently Fired for failing to win.
That is only done to Appease the Board of Directors and protect the Status Quo.

They have a good Principal, and have had many before him, what they should do is listen to him.
If they need a sacrificial lamb then fire the Race Engineers and employ new ones that have actually won championships with Modern F1 Cars and understand the concepts of Strategy and Tactics on a circuit by circuit basis.

Ferrari is far too steeped in Tradition and resting on their Laurels Roman Style to be competitive in Modern F1.
I agree with this sentiment. My beloved Italian team is too Italian at the moment; we were most competitive when we had a Frenchie, Brit and Saffa running the show.

100%

They actually need to listen to the team principal in combination with the two drivers themselves. Their principal is actually one of the best on the grid and both drivers have had success under him in the junior ranks. The bones of a very, very successful team is there. Ferrari corporate must support them and let it happen.

Agree. Nothing wrong with the current one and imho the previous one neither - they fired Binotto prematurely. If anything they should've brought in Fred and kept Binotto.

Happens in every team sport. In ball games it's the coach that gets sacked. It's the easiest scapegoat...

After all the drama about wings, Mclaren bring no updates to Spain considering the new directive?

They are definitely running a different front wing

EDIT: McLaren (and Mercedes) used their stiffer wing during a practice at Imola, so it's not listed as "new" this weekend.

McLaren is Latin for liars

every team is constantly upgrading their cars the whole year, even Uber and Bolt do

McLaren = 0 yeah right... tsek
