I am getting flashbacks of "Perez did well coming from the back to score some points"
LOL we know where that end up.

Whilst I don't agree that Perez and LH can be compared, I do however think that LH is over his prime and will most likely call it a day after 2026. I think he is holding out to see if Ferrari gets it right and if there is perhaps a sliver of a chance to get another WC

But to think that Ferrari will let him go ala Perez, no, I don't believe they will.

But if Ferrari have a rocket ship by some miracle in 2026, then Leclerc will still beat him easily.

Ever since the FIA went woke with bending the knee, it has been undoing all of the good that FOM have created for F1.

Yesterday the 20min race start warning should have been announced as soon as clear skies (visual look up and radar) were approaching and the safety car should have done 1 lap and then let them race via a standing start (Lando can STFU). As Max and Lewis have alluded to and others in here have said, their actions yesterday removed the only variable that could have created excitement and entertainment. Sport is about entertainment, not follow the leader nonsense!

What next? World rugby bans tackling a player that is running because there is a risk of injury? Come on!

Fact is the ground effect cars produce way more water spray and make visibility bad.
Gasly and others laying flowers on the track every year, reminds everyone what a dangerous track Spa is.
Hubert's mother was even there reminding everyone how dangerous it is.
Recipe for being very cautious when wet at this track.

You can't even mildly celebrate or be simply indifferent about a driver in "your team" having a great drive with numerous overtakes in difficult conditions.
Someone getting paid the biggest or second biggest salary, driving a top 3 car, overtaking a few rookies in backmarker cars, is nothing to celebrate. Again, Perez vibes. Start at the back while your teammate is near the front. Then we must celebrate a few easy overtakes because your car is so much faster?
Whats next? You woke DTS fans wants participation trophies?

Fact is motor racing is dangerous under all conditions and rain/poor visibility is not a primary factor.

I think you're purposefully ignoring the indifference part of my comment. If you don't like the guy because of his salary and whatever offends you about him you can just be indifferent. Week after week you just spew the same crap to minimize and reduce everything to the same tired statements - heck see above - "celebrate a few easy overtakes" yet he was on inters, the same as everyone else who were just trying to stay on track at that stage.

You just trying a comeback after I called you out for saying Ferrari had a few embarrassments. While it was not Ferrari but Hamilton.
So you are the problem. You don't want to hear anything bad about him, just the praise.

You and your little boksombende here are weekly insulting Red Bull, Max, his family, Ferrari. Never seen you or anyone else complaining about that?

Why you being dishonest bro? I haven't insulted Red Bull and Max week after week. As for my "fair share of embarrassment" - I can't help you with your alternative reality where Ferrari or Merc is just fine if you ignore half the drivers.

This one is on you, week after week you guys are feeding the troll. It lives for this. It's like trying to beat a pig in mud rolling, you'll always lose out.

I've always found it difficult to have an intelligent conversation with a 12 year old. Kudos to you for trying.
