Managing equal drivers has been a weakness of theirs.

Stuffed it up in 2007 and nearly done the same in 1999 by allowing Coulthard to literally attack Hakkinen. Last year when they should have reverted to team orders, they didn't, and now this year it's all getting a bit messy.
