Scanning through the post-quali summons and infringements (there are plenty).

Lewis received a €100 speeding fine. What's the point even?

Most of the other possible infringements have been cleared, although there are some unsafe returns to the track (stroll and Sainz) still to be decided on.

Edit: all clear, bar a small fine for colapinto regarding some electronic filing his team didn't do.

This Las Vegas GP struggles to get on my radar. I missed the event last year as well. The other GPs on that side of the world are usually in a different, more convenient time slot.

Just watch it later if it's too early. Or make an afternoon of it for the qualifying and race back-to-back.

Too much work avoiding spoilers. I would have made the effort to watch it live, but Lando has found a gear Piastri can't keep up with recently. Oscar will do really well to make the last race a title tight.

That was a great Qualifying session, often edge of the seat.
with all conditions from rain to almost dry track but no major accidents.
I am glad I watched it and that Nando made it ;)

And we're off to some good commentary:

"You're either in a position where you contend for the championship or you've got nothing to lose".

Well done. Genius level stuff this.

"Just dipped below 17°"

Bitch, that's summer weather!

You look at that s start footage and it's difficult to imagine these guys are "the best in the world"

It's actually pretty wild that somebody like Leclerc has not won the WDC at least once yet.
