F1 - General discussion and 2017

Anyone streaming? DSTV stream is super slow. Found a spanish stream but...its spanish.

Alonso will still drive today, although it would be other cars from his collection.
He has to rearrange his garage to make space for his 2017 Indy500 winning car :D

Alonso is so clearly on the way out IMO. He just simply doesn't care about how his disinterest looks even :D

yes, i would not be surprised

at this rate he'll likely pay the early exit penalty clause himself

I think he might just stay with Mclaren Honda but move to a different series of racing either permanently or until they can give him a competitive car in F1 .

If he wins the Indy500 Andretti Motorsport will probably pay it for him ;)

On Sky F1 Earlier, it was stated that the Indy500 is not a one off event.

Zak Brown wants to have McLaren competing regularly in both Indy and LeMan, just like McLaren of old did.
Not sure if it will be a new Team, but I am sure it would be to much work load for the F1 team to compete all 3 events, so maybe Alonso's future with McLaren is not in F1 but in Endurance and speedway?

Zyraz types faster than me - but we both had the same idea :)
 
Fernando is back after a game of tennis and a lunch but his car is not ready :o
He is not going to be a happy camper.
 
Not bad times from from Vandoorne. Mixing with the Force India and just 7 tenths from Massa. Alonso has been faster than him by that margin so far this season so I guess in a healthy car, he would be up there too.

This is the optimist in me speaking :(

He is the guy that spy on Ferrari and cost mc laren a lot of money. I feel for him
