Interesting. Reminds me of Chelsea, before Abramovich they won the league only once, money made them a big club, same with Man City

Honestly, you make it sound as if United and Liverpool never spent a cent in their entire history.

20min left and Notts 1-0 up against City. The pitch looks a bit worse for wear though.

Spurs are catching absolute ball-whipping from Fulham. 3-0 down and a man sent off within half an hour :wtf:

FA Cup fifth round draw:
West Ham v Burnley
(Notts County or Manchester City) v Aston Villa
Stoke City v Brighton
Birmingham City v Sheffield Wednesday
Leyton Orient v Arsenal
(Everton or Chelsea) v Reading
Man Utd v Crawley Town
Fulham v (Bolton or Wigan)

Ouch for Crawley Town  or can they slay their Goliath?

Well... of the Top 8 transfers... United hold 4 of them (I think). Anyway, I only included United there to rub it into Mr.C's face. ;)

Spending doesn't guarantee success but success requires spending
