I want to sell numbered items on FB. I would post the item, but would like to have an "If interested, click here" on the post.
If someone clicks on it, they will be taken to a sheet where they fill in their details next to each number.

That sounds very much like a privacy issue. Even if you could you shouldn't.

It would mean that everyone who clicks will be able to see the other names there and their details. You are exposing yourself to a world of trouble...

Guys, they are "Join only" FB groups, so only members can respond.
