Facebook for Android

I downloaded this app and what bothers me is that the first time I ran it, it showed a different UI. Closed it then ran it again and it showed a different interface similar to the mobile version of the android facebook page... Is this how it's supposed to be? Coz I might as well just bookmark the mobi site and use that...

No - its an actual app.
Maybe post a screenshot of what you are seeing?
