Facebook 'planking' under fire in Australia

An Internet craze known as "planking" has come under fire from authorities in Australia after the arrest of a man for sprawling on a police car.

Some talents and skills just pay better than others. Maybe Gov should pay salaries to Plankers to reduce unemployment. Plankers can be used for politicians and other important people to walk on, for example. Why use a red carpet when jobs can be created.

Actually I think this is a high risk activity (stealing high voltage copper cables) - could also call the person a plank - he qualifies for a Darwin award too.

They should institute a planking certification .. potential plankers would need to apply & do a 'the dangers of lying flat on your face in various poses' course after which you'd get a licence to show the cops that you are in fact an Authorised High Risk Activity participant. Problem soved.
