Facebook SMS costs ?

If this has been asked/solved please refer me to the thread.
As you might know, you can change settings on Facebook to be able to send you SMS notifications on various activities on your FB page.

Who pays for these SMS's?

No you do not pay for these (only for the initial SMS to 'register', not sure how much that is but should not be a lot)
THe rest is for Facebook's account
