I am trying to see if there is a contactable representative of facebook in South Africa?
Almost a year ago now I received a mail from facebook saying someone is attempting to log into my account and if it is not me to let them know. (not a phishing attack I checked the url and return email address)
I did it as it was not me, they then requested verification to re activate my account which was sent, since then I always receive a message saying your account verification can take longer than usual and can not access.
Then suddenly the message changed to "you do not meet our community standards and your account has been disabled"
Periodically I receive reset messages on my phone for my facebook account, so someone is trying hard to get into my account unsuccessfully.
And in the meantime I can not access facebook for about a year, I emailed the official channels and received no response or help.
What to do next? I wish I can telephonically speak to someone...I was not very active on facebook but it is just annoying, I have a business and want to build a business page and even creating a new facebook account if I do it without a vpn I instantly get that account disabled?
I was never really very active on facebook so really don't know how there could be something they took issue with...
