Facebook sync to contacts

I have Sony Z2 on 4.4.4 and I see a contact on my phone that I know has a birthday today, but it isn't displaying in my contact.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Facebook, but nothing. The weird thing is that although the birthday is not synching, it seems the rest of Facebook is syncing... I see her mail addy etc - just not a birthday

Any idea?
