Facebook worldwide ad targeting not working

Not sure which section to post this in. Does anybody know if it's still available? I try entering "worldwide" but it keeps wanting me to search for a place called worldwide instead. Am I doing something wrong or has it been removed? Places like "Africa" also seem to have disappeared from the list. It's a schlep having to select every country in the world.
