Telkom dont guarantee international bandwidth making the "net" the culprit.. Does this prove different???

See Telkom internal ping delay compared to international delays

Local delay in bandwidth is due to Telkom infrastructure or deliberate port shaping I believe limiting the bandwidth for future "expansion" ??

Telkom.co.za Note the delay of max peak 242ms within Telkom own infrastructure ??

See international bandwidth problem example

What is strange is that my TCPIQ speedtesting would go in a lul, . I then play with MTU, restore and this kicks the system in speedy peaks that will die off within short time. See link

No public ISP makes guarantees with regards to bandwidth or speed, this is because of the factors out of thier control, telkom only guarantee bandwidth and speed on diginets

Hi Slim
I agree what you say but the point is they do not guarantee the speed because it is out of their control, but the slow speed or bottleneck is not international it is in the local loop so they can do something about it. See the graphs on the pictures. they use it for a front. When I complained about my speeds on a 1024 package been lower than a 384 package I was also told the same excuse but it was added that international bandwidth is expensive. Would like to know what Telkom is charged for the service in dollars.
