I have swapped from a Curve to a brand new out the box Bold.
I have configured my exchange mail via BIS, I am then told I need to move my mail from my old device to my new device to resume mail delivery. It tells me that email delivery has been stopped to my old device. I click on 'Move' and it tells me that the "Device change was successful" I then validate the account by typing the emails accounts password. It tell me the the "password was successively validated" but then nothing happens.
I don't receive mail, I cant send mail.
Ive waited a few hours now in hopes that the blackberry server was just slow. I have re-added my email account but still no progress.
Has anyone got any suggestion I can try. The phone is on Vodacom.

I discovered that the users phone I was setting up is on BES and not BIS as I thought.
After performing an enterprise activation the users phone is working.
I'm leaving this post here in cause somebody runs into the same problem I did.
