Failing service while paying for a 4g uncapped.

Hi Rain.
I am very disappointed at your service. I have no communication with you to log my complaints. My home page does not give me any option to complain and thus leave me with crap service that I pay for.

I was disconnected and left it as such due to myself not enjoying the service that you provided. I have continual disconnections and due to this lose much time on your network of which I have to pay for the full package with disruptive services. I in some cases go for hours without service and must continue attempting to log to gain service.

I decided to this month pay on the 26th to have my service reconnected and now am again disconnected.

Could you please do the following, have a check on why I get such crap service from you guys as a loyal customer.
Why I have no way of having communication with your staff to check on when I have issues.
I struggled with my second card which I payed for, over a few months with no bloody network, so much that I had to cancel the card as you enjoyed my money while I enjoyed no damn service.
When will you update your network to ensure I can enjoy some much desired good service.

I trust you will at least respond and provide me with some info.

The rain rep will probably come back to you soon, but you can submit a support ticket on the rain mobile app or via their website.

I fail to understand why people simply don't move away from Rain. The other mobile companies are offering much better service.
