I have just noticed a trick telkom uses to make sure people use up their cap quickly the users at telkomsa.net and small mailbox's so when you send them alot of mail and the mail box is full telkoms server send's the rejection notice back with the all of the original mail so if you get a large mail like 7mb's
and it is rejected you get the 7mb back using so you hit you cap fatser

Most mail server's send back a message that the email could not be delivered and then as an attachment or otherwise, the entire message sent. This is fairly standard procedure really and you'll find telkom's not the only one.

all the Linux servers I install I disable that and I know they are using linux mail servers
