I use faircom as an isp unfortunately due to the complex I am staying at. My network has been down since friday 23/12/2022 I have tried calling them and emailing them, I did receive an email back say that they couldn't connect to my router from their side and the issue is my router. I have emailed them back saying that my router is connected my intercom which is a yealink and on the screen it keeps flashing network unavailable and there is nothing wrong with my router. I am currently spamming them with the same email until one of their tech support staff call me back
