every day from 17:00 our download speed hovers around .99Mbps - too slow to watch youtube!!!!!
however, come 08:00 a speedtest shows download at 2.86Mbps so could the problem be congestion in the evenings? if so, will it help to change ISP?
ISP is Webafrica and we all know the support department don't answer their phones but i know we're on a 5-star rating (very proud
