Fake/Clone Iphones

I've seen a lot of these clone iphones on international trading sites, was wondering what the legal issues are when it comes to legally selling and importing them?

I have had fake Iphones and fake Nokias (made by CECT) and I must admit they are quite good. None of them actually had any nokia or apple software on them, was some generic CECT mobile OS but it was pretty good. I do not think there is any problem with it as long as they are not marketed as the real deal.

ok, there are some that come with windows mobile too, and they at a fraction of the price of a normal iphone.

They should have called it the iClone.
