Fake deals

Which part of the deal is fake? The 5310 and 5310 xpress is R199/month according to the link you attached?
 
Nope its advertised at R149 per month, thats what I see on their page currently.

Make a screen capture of the page with the browser window showing the address,
call Virgin SA up, if they quote you R199, get the agent's name and date/time
of the call, then email everything including the screenshot to Virgin in the UK,
send it also to their corporate address (look up corporate relations or contact details for investors). Make a big sob story in the email.

We'll see how far Mr Branson is willing to go for decent customer service.
 
Oh I see, they've got a R150/month and a R199/month for the same phone.
 
They have the same phone on 2 different deals.

Difference is that on the R149 deal, you dont get unlimited smses, where on the R199 deal you do get unlimted smses.
