For the 2018 facelift they moved from a PowerSh*t to a normal 6-speed torque converter auto.Well then I don’t know.

Yeah I figured that was the case.
But is the video of a MY2018 or a 2018 registered.
Couldn’t find pics of the dash with any accuracy to confirm and even then might be the same.
A video with such little detail in the way of description hardly warrants this much conversation.
Either way it’s not fake. Why would anyone be motivates to fake a silly speedo.

It's not so silly when you Google for it's reviews and opens up this as well for interest sake.This. It's a Figo most likely going downhill. Why anyone is googling a Figo's 0-100 performance in the first place is beyond me.

More disturbing is how easily and comfortably it does it. The old model was low and slippery.More disturbing is doing 160km/h in a Ford Figo![]()

I can't find the official numbers online for aerodynamics. It's not a tall car.Low? Slippery?

16.8cm ground clearance, 1,427m heigh. That's the old pre 2015 Figos. The new ones taller. Higher than an old and new Polo Vivo for sure.
Not saying it doesn't do 160km/h easily enough, just that it isn't low.
This small car is much faster than it looks. As an example. According to Car magazine it does 0-100 in 9.92 seconds and goes from 120-140 in 11.40 seconds in top gear. Now this is not fast by any standards, but if you start to compare this car with it's competition, this is where you can start to appreciate the new engine. If you take a Renault Sandero with it's modern turbo engine, the same magazine tested the cars 0-100 as a leisurely 14.68 seconds. 120-140in top gear takes 26.13 seconds!
No that is true. Those cars are really sorted out and proven. My brother owned one. Nothing wrong with a polo.Pity all that good engine is wasted in that oddly shaped car, reminds me of a Tata with its tallboy look. The Polo Vivo will continue dominating the market for a very long time.
