FakeUncapped - thresholded !

Why would you need port forwarding if you have a static ip :D
If you have multiple computers behind the router you are still going to need port forwarding.

Are you sure you're not thinking of dynamic dns forwarding?

Thanks Syndyre!

It would seem:
April : 137.4 gig!
May : 122.0 gig
June : 60.8 gig
July : 65.5 gig
Aug : 61.3 gig
Sep : 25.4 gig sofar...

Dunno what happened in April & May that i downloaded that much! But it would seem the average as around 62 gig a month!.

The only thing i can think of that changed... Grey's Anatomy / Lost / Smallville / Prison Break, etc all ended... :)

As much as we're all unhappy, bitching and moaning about it being throttled and shaped to death, Its still not bad going for a 384k line which i use for my entertainment at the end of the day.

April : 137.4 gig!
Let me just ask out of idle curiosity - at a bitrate of say 350mb per 40 minutes did you actually watch the 267 hours (over 11 full days) worth of content you downloaded in April?

April : 137.4 gig!

I'd like to know how you get 137.4 GB in a month on a 384 line?

If you max out a 384 line 24/7 you should only be getting 100 GB a month. (Unless my calculations are way off :D)

I have a 512K line and I usually end up with about 120GB at the end of the month.

Is anyone else having problems with this threshold nonsense?

Even when I disable my P2P application and stop all download managers, so that there is no activity on the line. I try to load a few websites and sometimes they don't open, or they don't open properly, or open but no images are displayed. Little things like that.

It's really irritating!!!

Then if I reboot my modem. Wham...the websites load fast and no problems at all. So I know it's the threshold.
