Falafel recipes

This works for me. Best is to mix it up a times. Use red chilli flakes instead of green chillies. Add a tablespoon of sesame seeds. Use mixed flours instead of chickpea flours and so on. I don't use cardamom at all.

Before frying, leaving it wrapped in fridge for 2 hours seems to bring best results. I have kept mix overnight at times and it does turn a bit watery so needs adjustment with flour.

That looks good, might try it myself. Thanks!

The one where they drown out the tasteless chickpeas in some decent flavours. They're still tasteless though
The whole point is they provide nutrition while the other stuff provides flavour. Falafel is great. One of the few types of balls that will ever get in my mouth.

I'm gay. Food is for taste. Nutrition is sought elsewhere

There is not a lot of vegan food I like but those who say falafel is tasteless clearly have never been to the middle east.
That and a good Indian vegetable curry are meals that don't have to pretend to be meat replacements.

Please stick with the program. The tasteless stuff is chickpeas.

Yes but he wants peeing chick falafels. He may as well make tofu next
Wow hating on chickpeas and tofu? A lot of food requires a little help to unlock its full potential. Have you made bread without salt? What about pasta? Try making chicken without any seasoning or fish for that matter.

This makes me wonder if you even know how to cook :D
