the recipe is normally ice cream, rose syrup and milk

i know in durban/JHB falooda is china grass powder which is made into a jelly using water or milk

bombay crush is combining the jelly with the milkshake with sabja seeds (basil seeds)

but yeah the one fiesta has is probably just ice cream, rose syrup and milk

It is all the same though Chia is not the same. Same family but different plant at the end of the day.
