Fan Noise

When I switch my PC on the NZXT fans make one hell of a noise for a while and then stabilizes. I can take the cover off and give then a bash to stop, but now I just leave for a minute or two till they stopped having a fit.

Do I need to get new fans or is there something I can do to lube or fix them. All three of them make turns in making noise.

Could be running dry, check out this vid to lubricate the bearings.
