FAO: Cybersmart subscribers - payment

There's a line in the box at the top of the billing page I want to have clarified:

Please note that If you pay the amount reflected below no later than 3 days before the end of the month using the reference : fasdqweq, the debit order will not run against your account.

That does mean that if I bothered doing an EFT today they would still bill me so I mustn't bother and wait for them to take cash out of my account?

Also, I went over cap and on the usage page its told me its debiting off next months cap but I see they've charged me for:

- invoicing for adsl 3Gig cap account [email protected] for 2008-05-01 in advance - R 197.37

Does that mean if I do not go over the cap next month I wont be charged? Seems a bit thievish to me.
