Again it begs the question about fringe groups - if this is true then AgriSA and others need to step in urgently to gain control of these people's actions before things really get out of hand!

Have seen the number of likes and shares on that video? That's shocking and there's very little condemnation of that. People are in fact fully in support of this, even on here I've very little condemnation besides you (if I recall correctly, hoping to be wrong on that). Have you seen Alice's posts in relation to that? It's clear not just one isolated post from a random person.

If you actually genuine thought I was that kind of nuts that would be fine but you do this with everyone leading me to believe you are just saying whatever you can to get a rise out of people.

Unless he is the first person to ever be doused with petrol and set alight in South Africa, otherwise it's a heinous crime that is nothing out of the ordinary from other equally heinous crimes happening in a violent country like SA.

Ja have you seen racist idiots on Twitter and even on here celebrating or justifying the farm murders? Especially our president that said it's because farmers mistreat their workers.

People say all kinds of stupid BS.

Are you suprised that people turn to tribalism? It's a basic evolutionary survival mechanism to trust people that you know or that look the same as you and speak your own language.

If you come across one of that racist farmers just speak some afrikaans and they'll welcome you like a brother.

And who exactly has the right to define "fair"? Who has the moral authority? Either it's equality before the law or the law is unjust.

I don't deny that it's a stupid move to make.... unless it actually works. Remember simply being called a racist has lost a LOT of it's intimidation power. When you reach the point where you will be called a racist no matter what you do you stop caring what people call you. People are gatvol with government walking all over them telling them who they can hire or sell to, if they can manage to galvanize their people into standing together instead of being intimidated into subservience all power to them..... but I doubt the time for that kind of unity is now.

I agree that all races need to stand together but we have to stand together as separate strong races not clumps of weak individuals that can at best only bitch and moan about how unfair it all is and how much we hurt. Results matter more than intentions.

Yeah, I'm seldom on twitter outside of what is shared here, and I fully believe you on how racist they are, that's quite clear. But when you're fighting for survival as some of these very rural farmers are, why would you want to alienate most of the people in the country, why not rather be better and get support for your cease?

Except that a lot of people don't trust AgriSA anymore, they are seen as just another communist puppet organization.
