His movie was about planting potatoes. He prayed and God told him to plant potatoes. The conditions wasn't right for potatoes or whatever I can't remember the crux of the movie. But he planted it and the potatoes grew. The message from Angus then was you can't just ask God for help and not do your part. You need to have faith but still do the leg work. Now he's asking people to not do any leg work, just pray... :D

Agreed.

The problem is, you as a farmer shoot an intruder and you are the perp for all intended purposes. We need Castle Doctrine in SA, even if just for farms.

:D I get it - the Movie I viewed way back in the days, it was okay - still think he is only trying to keep the peace by saying don't light the petrol ? He should explain ?

That is my opinion, you can start your own thread about it, I won't participate.

In this case, he's making this a Christian thing. Prayer is the answer. It's NOT. Clasped hands, even a million of them, does nothing. You do not have to agree with me, that's OK.

Most if not all those farmers ARE christians so let them do what they want. if they want to throw chutney at the fsm let them. None of your business

i think our government does not care about the farm attacks. its a serious matter . even DA is not doing anything about it. its a shame yazi.
 
I hate farm attacks. Would really enjoy a rural lifestyle here, but my Sandton penthouse has to prevail for now. However, if farm attacks are designed to get all whites off the land, then surely all township crime is meant to remove the township dwellers too... Or am I missing something?

Farm attacks is a very sticky subject for the DA. They try to avoid it as much as they can. Has been doing it forever. Lately making a bit more noise, but very half hearted.
 
The end game is. The rubbish want to steal what you have created it makes them feel good.
They cannot create an income from what they have stolen.
So now I have taken a productive farm but I'm to stupid to figure it out. I will sit under a tree and screw my goats and hopefully I'll make millions.
 
People really are retarded in their thinking.
This is the same story thats been happening in Africa since the white man came here.
Go and watch Africa Addio and you will see what the population have been doing in Africa throughout history.
The only solution to this is armed conflict and all out civil war.
The GVT dont care and I am still convinced this is genocide. We just to stupid and scared to do anything about it until its too late
