Farm Attacks

O please I haven't said anything racist. I even said the farmer was stupid, probably acted out of anger under the influence of brandy and went to far.

I am not only referring to this thread.

But in Rietrot's law the legal definition of attempted murder is only when the victim dies or can show scars of serious injury?

Can you show us where nobody cares about black farm workers please.

+1

Our farm workers are our biggest asset. Without them the farm would be of no use. We know it, they know it and we treat them accordingly. And I'm sure I speak for the majority of farmers.

I think he might be referring to the forum. And I agree with you on all of the above, overall most farm workers are well taken care of.

Lol No. If I fire a gun in your direction and miss it is still attempted murder.
You dying would be real murder.

Why didn't anyone die or get seriously hurt? It was done in such a way not to harm them, but only scare them. If he wanted to kill them why not at least block the door so they can't get out first?

And that^^ is it not you trying to argue why this can't be attempted murder?

Why not leave them alone until the courts have ruled on what should happen? It's seemed to have been purely by chance that one of them wasn't killed, and the fact that the police are investigating this as attempted murder seems to confirm this.

For some reason the same people that were so vocal about Ngwe's racism cannot see the same from this guy.

Because, how dare a black person challenge the authority of a white man, personally and collectively.... upsets the whole entrenched power dynamic that is endemic to our society. The preferred method of reinforcement of the dynamic is aggression, worked in the past...why change a working formula?

You are 100% correct. The Boere are pretty aggressive and it's been working before why stop now. Same applies to the others too... Burning down and looting in masses seems to help has in the past so why stop now... right?

Lol the victim mentality is so strong. Why can't ex-farm workers be evicted just because they have nowhere else to go. All people that rent property should just stop paying and use that excuse.

Why take the long way of evicting them if you can just run them over with a bulldozer?

I give up

attempted murder my ass. It was an attempt to scare the sqauter away. I have seen people do far worse and with good reason. If someone sqauts on your property they only cause shît and you have to pay for it and clean it up.

If the farmer actually wanted to kill him he would have.

We can take comfort on the understanding that you're not a magistrate/judge.
