Farm Attacks

Not all countries are the same, it's basic

OK, so that clarifies it.
You are optimistic that it will "just work" without any real reason behind it.
It seems like you also just want to ignore the governments track record when it comes to land reform, and think that if they EWC, it will just magically work this time.

I was really hoping to gain new insight into why people thinks it will work.
I know there are many who will just support it because even if it fails, living in a shack on your own land is better than living in a shack on someone else's land. I just hoped that some EWC supporters thought this through a bit more and had actual reasons why they though it wouldn't fail.

Remember, when something goes wrong in a country's economy (or food production, which is part of the economy) it's the poor who suffer the most. The rich lose more, but they just not buy a new car, or downgrade their lifestyle.
It's the poor who are already at the bottom who will be royally ****ed.
I just hoped that the reasoning behind the assumed success was more than "lol dunno it will just succeed" without any plan or reasoning.

You can't live your life in fear of change. Tell me are you happy with the current state of this country? This is the country's state without land reform.

You are the prick pushing this agenda. You have nothing to loose cause you've got ****all. But you want everything.

WORK. WORK. And than work even harder than before. That's how most successful people operate. Not poeses like you who expect rewards for doing ****all.

You're a useless person.

Have a nice day!!!!!

So land reform will change everything here? The great magical fix...
And all the crime? The looting and endless blatant graft and corruption...
That will all be mitigated with land reform?
Soon we will all be starving to death here...not just dairy cows on state farms (that people didnt feed because they are quite simply just too fkg stupid and/or lazy)....

Maybe it falls under the rural safety plan, but it still has a large urban area on its doorstep and pretty much everywhere around it, maybe what I am trying to say is that there are levels to the ruralness.
There’s a crocodile farm there, a little horse ranch where kids can have birthday parties just down the road from the crocs.

Ever heard of skin in the game? The people you mock as having nothing are the reason for the murders and judging by your mentality, I don't feel sorry about it. If work was the reason for success, then Apartheid laws would have never been implemented. Who do you think you're kidding?

Have you seen the state this country is in? People are already starving. Change is needed.

Because of the party you voted for.

Are you gonna blame the white man in 100 years when the ANC still hasn't done anything? Of course, you are.

First I was an EFF supporter now I am an ANC supporter. Can you quacks make up your mind.

Of course I'm not happy with the current state of the country. This is also the state of the country with deep seated corruption, with a lack of effective law enforcement, with anti-business and employment stifling labour policies, and policies in general, with excess government expenditure and general ineptitude when you look at the state of municipalities.

When you want to make a change that risks dumping the entire country into extreme poverty, you want better planning than just "don't fear change. We're different".
You've seen what happened in Zim. Have you spoken to any Zimbabweans in SA?
Do you really want to take the chance that we end up like them with nothing other than "we're different" as a prayer that we wont.

Again, everything the ANC has done and everything the EFF has said, says that we will end up like them if we implement EWC like Zim did.

Edit: Search youtube for "Visual Politik why is so poor" and "Visual Politik why is so rich". You will get videos that analyze why certain countries are rich and why certain countries are poor. When you watch them, compare what South Africa is doing and planning to do compared to those countries.

The country is already in extreme poverty for the majority. It can't get any worse.

If you take Zim for a measure stick, it was also intended to give the people land yet at the end only a few top cadres just took the best land and gave noting to the people.

We cant trust the government at all, and if you ever think Malema will be better he wants all the land for himself and you can rent it from him.....

Up and till today all/mostly the land that the government took or bought from individuals was never handed (deed) to the new owners no they keep the deeds and let the new "owners" live there with no help or guidance, and when it fails then the government just go "MEH"

The scary part is that just for comparison a bag of 7kg potatoes was R60 two months ago its now R130

A lot of farmers dont want to buy new land to grow food anymore as they are unsure if the land will be taken away tomorrow.

This. A friend "lost" three farms. I say "lost" because he was paid for it but didn't have a choice in selling.
I've seen all his farms, it's a schit show and then he builds it up to be awesome.
He's been farming in Botswana for the last 3 years, will never come back.
